Exchange / Returns / Refund Policy
To return an unwanted non-defective product, it must be:
- Returned within 7 days of the product(s) being delivered
- Undamaged and unused
- In the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition
Once we have received your return product and it has been cleared by Rivolt, your account will be credited.
Exchanges
It’s important to note that any unwanted product, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept all original packaging and labels, and that the product is undamaged and unused.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or an exchange if product(s) is returned damaged, or not in a saleable condition.
Returning defective or damaged products
We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality. If you’ve received a product with a defect or fault, we’ll gladly replace the exact product at no additional cost to you. Where a replacement product is not available, your account will be credited. Note that faults resulting from normal wear and tear, damage arising from incorrect usage of the product or failure on components as a result of over current or other outside influences, such as lightening, will not be regarded as a defect will NOT entitle you to any replacement or credit.
Non-returnable products
We can’t offer exchanges, replacements or account credits on the following products, unless they are faulty or not as described:
- Media products (including DVDs, CDs, video games and software) where the original plastic wrapping has been opened.
- Products which have been personalized for you or made to your specifications.
Please note returns procedure below:
- Include a copy of the invoice in your parcel being returned.
- Ship the items via Courier services to the below address or bring them to our physical address.
Once we receive and test the items and the fault lies with the product we will repair or replace the item. Items will be delivered to the original order address unless otherwise advised.
Please note that any and all returns shipping costs are for your account and we recommend insuring the parcels as we are not responsible for lost or items damaged during the return shipping.
